Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Service Description

Yayzi is a no-login, temporary product validation service (the "Service"). Validation sessions and all associated data created on the Service are automatically and irreversibly deleted after the expiry period selected by the creator. The Service is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of availability, uptime, or data persistence beyond the selected session expiry.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Yayzi for any of the following:

• Uploading or validating illegal content, malware, or any material that violates applicable law (including Indonesian and international law).
• Distributing copyrighted content or intellectual property without the express authorization of the rights holder.
• Harassment, doxing, or collecting personal information under false pretenses.
• Automating session creation or vote submissions via scripts, bots, or any programmatic access that disrupts the Service.
• Any activity that degrades, impairs, or interferes with the Service for other users.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate blocking of access and deletion of all associated session content without prior notice.

3. Data Retention & Expiry

• Sessions and all associated data (including votes, reasons, and contact information) are stored temporarily based on the duration selected at creation (from 1 to 10 days).
• Once a session expires, all data and uploaded media are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. No copy is retained.
• Yayzi does not offer recovery of expired or deleted session data under any circumstances.
• Yayzi reserves the right to delete any session or content at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

4. Privacy & Security

• Admin Access: Validation sessions are protected by a unique PIN key created during session setup. This PIN is automatically hashed and salted (using industry-standard algorithms like bcrypt) before being stored in our database. Our servers never store your PIN in plaintext.
• Voter Data: Voter phone numbers are collected strictly for vote deduplication. The numbers are immediately hashed upon submission, and the system prevents duplicate votes using this hash without exposing the raw number.
• Contact Consent: If a voter explicitly grants consent to be contacted, their contact details (name and phone number) are encrypted at rest and are only visible to the session creator via the PIN-protected dashboard.
• No Tracking: Yayzi does not log IP addresses, does not use external analytics or tracking scripts, and does not set third-party marketing cookies.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the product ideas, images, and content you upload for validation. Yayzi does not monitor, review, or endorse uploaded content. Yayzi will cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required by applicable law and reserves the right to remove content or deny access at its sole discretion, without liability.

6. No Account Required

Yayzi does not require user registration, accounts, or authentication for creators or voters.

• You are solely responsible for securely saving your session PIN.
• Because there are no accounts, Yayzi cannot reset, recover, or retrieve a lost PIN. Losing your PIN means permanent loss of access to your validation results.
• Content violating these terms is removed directly — there are no account-level sanctions, warnings, or appeals.

7. Service Availability

The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. Yayzi is not liable for any data loss, service interruption, missed validation results, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yayzi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.

11. Amendments

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
